Aden Cador is a sixth-year educator with a Master of Arts in teaching and five years of experience in kindergarten classrooms. Originally from Portland, Oregon, their work has focused on supporting Black and Brown students through equitable, literacy-rich instruction. They are passionate about literacy and committed to creating classrooms where students feel seen, valued, and capable. Now teaching in Seoul, South Korea, Aden continues to grow their practice while bringing an international perspective to their teaching.
