Gigi McAllister has been an elementary level educator for over 30 years. During that time she has served as a special education teacher, a classroom teacher in grades 4 and 5, a literacy specialist, and a literacy coach. She is currently working as a K–5 librarian in Maine. She is passionate about helping students develop rich reading lives.
